keywords for image search

Question

Hello to anyone !My account migrated from Fotolia to AdobeStock, all the images had the search keywords in Spanish.Can I change the keywords to English?Will this improve my image search?Thank you for your stimated help.

Keywords will be translated to the user's language, however, I would recommend to put everything in English.  It is not possible to change the keyword language after submission.
