Kindly Ask Request for Review of Intellectual Property Refusals

Dear Adobe Stock Review Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently had 09 of my CAD vector collections rejected with the reason "Intellectual Property Refusal." These are original CAD-style vector illustrations that I created myself, and I did not intentionally include any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary designs.

Last year, I experienced a similar situation. After I contacted Adobe Stock Support, the affected assets were reviewed again, and the IP refusals were found to be incorrect. The assets were subsequently restored. Because of that previous experience, I would greatly appreciate it if this recent batch could also be reviewed once more.  This is those 09 Assets:

The rejected Asset IDs are:

Asset ID: 2090712281
Asset ID: 2090712180
Asset ID: 2090712169
Asset ID: 2090712067
Asset ID: 2090712047
Asset ID: 2090711981
Asset ID: 2090711939
Asset ID: 2090711896
Asset ID: 2090711895

If there is a specific element in these illustrations that caused the Intellectual Property concern, I would sincerely appreciate your guidance so I can correct my workflow and avoid similar issues in future submissions.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I appreciate the work of the review team and would be grateful if these assets could be reviewed again.

Kind regards,

Sehan Creations

If you’re submitting 9 vector sets in one batch, 1 PR form should suffice for all 9.

Subsequent submissions may require a new PR form signed & dated accordingly.  Or not.  We don’t know what the next Reviewers will ask for.

If I create a property release form, do I need to attach it to all nine of these assets? Also, must I include that same property release form with all assets I create and submit in the future?

See my previous reply to other post.

Re-submit with a signed Property Release form.

As the artist who created them, you must give Adobe Stock written permission to sell your work.

    01) How do I prepare a Property Release Form?

    02) Is there an example available?

    03) Where should I upload the Property Release Form when submitting these 09 assets again?

Nobody can “fix the problem” except you.

    Good luck.

Thank you for your response. These CAD figures were created entirely by me from scratch. I did not copy or trace any copyrighted artwork, and I own all rights to these illustrations. I believe these files may have been rejected by mistake. Could you please request a second review of these submissions? I would greatly appreciate your time and assistance. Thank you.
