Hi, there have been no sales on my account for several days (which hasn't happened for almost a year and a half), and my sales item of the week and top sellers of the week have stopped showing up. I don't know what is the reason for this situation. Is there anything to worry about?

The reason is that no Buyers have licensed your assets. It is not unusual for there to be ups and downs in sales. We are just coming out of a slow period around the Easter holidays, and many of us have experienced lower sales.

Hi @krzysztof26222933vwr5 ,

Once there is no bug causing technical error with your keywording or indexing, there is nothing to worry about. If there is, you will see the keywords change and when you search for a file it will come up among the wrong group of files if there's wrong indexing. For example searching for butterfly and your butterfly coming up among dog files.

Best wishes

It's important to keep creating and uploading quality content to grab customers' attention, even during quieter times.

Same for me. 6 days now without a single sale. And before that a long time with at least 1 sale per day. I guess it's still the eastern impact. Or Adobe has changed something on the algorithm. Hard to say.

What do you mean by the "eastern impact"?
