Landmarks in ai images

Hello,

when uploading AI images, it is noted that the content must be fictional. Is it allowed to use existing landmarks in images? For example, the Eiffel Tower in Paris or the Colosseum in Rome? Don't want to use it as an AI photo that depicts the real world, but rather use the landmarks as a symbol for the respective city in an illustrative motif.

Bye & Happy Weekend!

There are some known restictions listed here.

Known image restrictions (adobe.com)

Generally, for other architecure it is a good practice not to make it the main subject. Most buildings belong to someone. Even if the original owner or designer is long deceased.

You can upload an image of an Eiffel Tower, but you can't claim that to be an image of Paris. I would avoid that for photorealistic assets. For illustrations, it would be OK.

Seems like it's ok. Lots of images at Adobe Stock.
