Did you get a notification about late payment from Adobe? Has 10 business days passed? Business days do not include holidays and week-ends. When did you request payment?

The 4th of July holiday (Independence Day) fell on a Friday. But many people took early PTO days in order to travel. 

U.S. Federal holiday on July 4th might have caused some delays.
