Buongiorno, come fare quando viene chiesta una liberatoria se ci sono persone NON visibili in volto o molto molto lontane e NON riconoscibili? Grazie

Marco, this is another great shot exactly as it is 👋🏻

Rejections are more upsetting when the photos rejected are above average.

My advice is the same as last time, wait a few days and resubmit again. I strongly advice you to use ai to get great titles and key words, that I’m having great success and saving lots of time.

Are you shooting videos? I bet you are because your camera is perfect for that. Did you know that many great  cinematographers started in still photography? My most selling videos have been shot an iPhone or drone.

If you are not, you are missing out on the fastest growth in the stock content market.

    Fallo e basta 🎥

Just a guess, but a few of the riders on the camels look like they might be tourists, suggesting that the camel rides are a commercial operation. As such, the moderator felt that a release is required from the company offering the tour.

buongiorno, dove trovo la liberatoria in italiano?

Good Morning Marco! The guidelines Adobe gives include that no release is needed when the content does not show identifiable individuals,  such as in large crowds, back views with no recognizable features or far away small and blurry. But keep in mind that even a small brand logo in a tennis shoe will flag the shot for rejection.

The reality is that the moderators are humans using their own discretion to approve or reject work.  And my experience has been than one moderator may reject your work, and a few days later when I STRONGLY believe it was the wrong decision it gets approved, and I suspect by a different moderator.

My advice is to be wise picking your battles, I don’t mess with lack of model rejections ever, even when I don’t agree with a rejection.  With places is very different, it is my opinion have AI tools that help them find very small logo’s or brand sings that I missed seeing the first time. So make the habit of looking closely to remove this branding, that today also using AI tools are super easy to remove.

    Have a great day!

You don’t really need one unless, upon enlargement, they would become recognizable, such as if they were wearing unique and distinguishable clothing that a person wearing that clothing might recognize themselves. Or maybe their hair is dyed in a unique manner. Any number of things. If in doubt, remove them. At least that would be my take on the issue.

You can’t do anything if you can’t find the people in the photograph to have them sign a release.
