Bonjour,

 

Je vends actuellement mes photos sur Adobe Stock.
J'aimerais créer des produits physiques à partir de mes photos (les mêmes que je vends sur Adobe Stock), comme des tableaux, des calendriers, etc...

Avec les conditions de vente d'Adobe Stock, est-ce que c'est légal et autorisé de réutiliser mes photos ailleurs pour les vendre ?

Yes, it is stated in your Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement that Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to any images in your Adobe Stock Portfolio; therefore, you may upload them to other stock sites or use them in your own projects.

Pour tes propres photos, tu peux les utiliser comme tu veux sans restrictions. Tu ne peux tout juste pas céder une licence exclusive. Mais, pour produire des calendriers, ou des posters, aucun problème n'existe.
