Lightroom CC export to Adobe Stock

I use lightroom cc. I do export to desktop and try to upload to Adobe contributor. Every time I upload it says it does not match with specifications. Im very new to this. Can anyone help me with how to set my exports to 4MP - 100MP and limit it to 45MB in Lightroom CC. Cheers
