I received an e-mail that my account was blocked even though all my drawings are my own. Even after two months, the e-mails I sent have still not been answered. Can you help me?

There are many reasons, why your account may get blocked, one is using other ones work. A second is irregular sales activities. A third one is spamming with many similar assets. A fourth one is having multiple accounts and submitting the same or similar assets to all accounts.

Indeed, all violation of the terms and conditions will lead to a blocking. Nobody here can help you here. Adobe does not publicly discuss locking decisions.

I do not know, what e-mails you did send, but Adobe answers normally very soon. The blocking screen normally contains a link that should be used to request the blocking reason.

Did you respond to the email from Adobe ? They'll get back to you when the investigation is complete. No one here in the Community can help with an account issue.

They just said why my account was blocked. They said I was sending someone else's content. But all my drawings are mine, I don't understand why they blocked my account with something like this. They did not respond even after sending multiple emails.

The problem is, that they will investigate your claims based on what you give them as information. That investigation takes time and they won't answer your mails until the end of the investigation. There is no need to spam them.

Do any of your "drawings" depict protected people, characters or brands?

That would be a violation of IP and/or copyright.

Below are the Adobe Stock Contributor TERMS you agreed to when you joined.

Good luck.
