(locked duplicate) single tags or doubled tags

I work for 29 years as an illustrator and photographer but I am pretty new to Adobe stock. Your contributors use single tags, at other markets like redbubble or etsy (I know that these are no stock agencys) they prefer doubled tags because many clients type them in.
Might it not helpful to use combined tags/keywords in pairs so that clients might find your work out of million others better  Any suggestions?
