[locked, duplicate] What is the purpose of using a CSV.

Hi guys, I understand that a CSV contains things like "filename","short description","keywords" etc

Do you keep a CSV on all images that you take or only on images that are submitted?

It is basically a ledger to keep track of the images?

How many people actually do this?
