Is it common paractice for Adobe stock to terminate contributors accounts by just informing them that account terminated after revision due to violation! without even mentioning the type of violation ?
i've sent more than 5 E-mails asking for the details of the violation case & the answer: account revised and permentaly closed !!
Don't i've the right to know the Case details!
i know that the dicussion here is for fellow contributors , but i decide to publish the case to know if anyone had the same issue & how they solve it.

Please don't reply with template answers to get badges 🙂 i noticed this in most of the discussion posts 🙂

thanks in advance.

Correct answer Jill_C

Yes, as i mentioned in the main post 5 times or more & they never give a clear answer which is very suspicious action from adobe !!
even i was very clear in my request many times that i understand you banned the account for violation , i need to know the violation case ... ! but seems i'am from another planet 🙂
Attached my Request & the lates repeated answer recived!

I did not ban your account; I am a volunteer here in the Community Forum, and have no influence or knowledge about the specifics of your stock account. You can only receive that info directly from Adobe; therefore, repeatedly posting about it here is not productive.

You've already received all of the helpful information there is to receive in previous replies to your previous posts.  There isn't anything else to do except to communicate with Adobe through the email address that you have already.

I completely understand your frustration and that you are hoping for a different response, but there just isn't anything else to do here on the forums.

Yes it is common. That is also part of the agreement that you agreed to.

okay , i  beleive this is legal disclaimer , but i think professionaly & ethically adobe should clear the case for me at least with their calim for violation, as its very unclear reasons even in its way of writting.

Have you emailed Adobe to request feedback regarding the specific reason for termination?
