After three months of delay, I can not log in to my contributor accaunt. Thougt I saw my photoes were selling. What may be wrong?

What does that mean: 3 month of delay? Show a screenshot of your sign-in screen. Redact any private information however.

That means that I haven't uploaded new photos for three months.
Then I press the button "sell" I get an empty space with a phrase "no new
contributor allowed to register" . But I have been a contributor since 2028

No one knows unless you provide a bit more detail. What error message are you getting?

After I log in to my account, I see empty space and a phrase "No new
contributor allowed to be registered" (in russian, I translate) Something
like that. But I am not "a new contributor"! I have been a contributor
since 2018!

Are you in Russia? Adobe announced last year that they were suspending activities in Russia. I don't know if that suspension is still in place.
