I'd like to know the specific reasons why these images got rejected so that I can rectify my mistakes.

I wouldn't even bother with dog images unless there is something really unique or compelling about the animal or the situation. Adobe Stock is already overrun with dog images - at least 4.5 million!

Do not submit black&white images. I would also suppose that the dog pictures have an exposure problem. Look at the histogram. 96 also has a focussing problen and 40 is probably also slightly off.

The stone figure is not in focus.
