There are AI enhancements apps that will help salvage images, but they come with a price and aren't always accurate.

Hello,

You have used ISO 10000, which is pretty high! Therefore, you don't have so much of a focus issue, but as this was taken in low light, high ISO, it has rather muddied the pixels to a degree, rendering the image soft. Also for this camera, you have a small sensor, so the problems get more noticeable when the image is enlarged.

What can be fixed though, is to increase the brightness, decrease the highlights, and warm the image up a bit by slightly increasing the colour temp. Increasing the noise reduction. You don't have to use AI Denoise in Lightroom - I wouldn't! It's not that type of shot.

However, if you do all of this and resubmit, it still might not pass the quality standards, as it is not a clean, sharp image to begin with.

It's a lovely image, but quite noisy - particularly noticeable in the sky.

Thank you! I suspect it isn't something I can fix in post?

It was worth a shot. I admit it was hand-held in a car.

You can try using the Denoise feature in Lightroom Classic or Photoshop; however, since the image is already in soft focus, it may make it worse in that regard. Try it out anyway just to find out how it works.

Hi @lori_3007 ,

The photo is underexposed, has noise grains and out of focus.

Best wishes

Highlights and shadows could use some work. Overall, I think it's a little underexposed.
