make those using AI and then make vector Adobe illustrator but when i uploaded it's rejected because of quality issues. And bottom 2 images are fully design by Adobe illustrato but same problem here

Just because they are vector doesn’t mean that there are not issues.
Creating an image using one of the models is great start. We still need to take a bit of time to clean up the lines and text. As ​@daniellei4510  pointed out the windows look bubbly and not uniform.

Regarding the images with text: in general I stay away from adding text. Let the consumer add their own message and content. 

The background looks lovely… however, some of the shapes are not exactly crisp where as the other shapes are crisp. Consistency matters.

I can’t speak of the other two image since I’m not sure what the content is about, but here are a couple of things the moderator might have objected to.

Do to cultural & language differences, I’m unable to judge the bottom 2 images. Sorry.

Did you follow the Vector Requirements?

On the first image, there appears to be an anatomical error on the hand holding the key, just below the little finger.

I could be mistaken, but all the files also seem to need a bit more sharpness or smoother edges, as their contours appear slightly jagged.
