Make your boring photos stand out

Several of the photos that I view here in this forum are out of the camera photos which will, in my opionion, never have a chance of being sold even if they are accepted. The photos usually have one or more of the following issues:

• bad exposure  
• out of focus
• excessive noice
• artifacts or halos
• bad composition

Many of these problems can be seen in my photo below.

With a few tweaks in Lightroom and a different background done in Photoshop, I have produced a photo which has a good chance of being sold. 

Take the time to learn the tools. It will save you a lot of frustration due to rejected photos.
