There are numerous reasons to refuse this image:

1. The signature (that's non-compliant image)
2. Your editing is not very clean:
   • smudged edge:

      

   • Strange artefacts in the background:
   • Colour noise:

      

   • Cutout error:

      

   • Colour clipping (or stamp patterns):

      

   • wrong shadow:

      

   • The histogram shows blown out whites and points to exposure issues for the nut:

     The histogram is difficult to read because of your botched background, but I would deduct that the picture is overexposed.

The asset as presented here is probably a size reduced version of what you submitted. If I can detect that much of errors in your file with that version, they must be very visible on your submitted file.

The walnut appears to be floating, the background is blotchy instead of a smooth gardient, and there is a black smudge underneath the signature, which shouldn't be there as previously noted.

The image is noisy. Your watermark is not permitted on submissions.
