Me rechazan continuamente mis fotografías

Publico mucho contenido, especialmente fotografías, y Adobe me rechaza todo el material que publico. La mayoría son por supuesto problemas de calidad.
Por qué sucede esto?

Composition is an issue in the first and second images. The dog is underexposed in the second image as well. The third image is not in sharp focus.
