Having an image that has DOF is not the problem. But having put the focus on the wrong part of a body (portraits need to have the focus on the eyes) is a technical issue (1).

 

You have overexposed the whites, there is no detail left. (2)

 

 

The red area shows burned out whites:

 

In addition your image is noisy and as mentioned, black and white pictures don't get accepted. It's easy for the customer to convert to black and white, but recovering the colour is not possible.

Black and white are not desired. The depth of field is too shallow. Highlights are overexposed.

Lo primero la foto está en blanco y negro todo debe estar a color, segundo la imagen tiene mucho desenfoque

1. Black & white images don't sell. People want full color images.

2. The cat's body is too blurry.
