Mein gesamtes portfolio wird auf einer website angeboten ohne mein Wissen

Ich habe gerade gesehen dass mein gesamtes Portfolio auf einer website angeboten wird. Es ist zwar auf den Bildern erkennbar dass das Foto bei adobe stock verfügbar ist, aber die Seite nutzt meine Bilder um Gewinn zu machen. Ich habe keinen Vertrag mit dieser Firma. Einen Nutzen habe ich also nicht. Ich bekomme nur Geld von adobe und dann mit Sicherheit keine erweiterte Lizenz. Ich habe das schon adobe gemeldet, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Dieses sytem dürfte viele Portfolios bei adobe nutzen. Wie geht man damit um?

These vare Adobe Stock Enterprise customers that use the API to sell Adobe Stock Assets. This means for me: increased visibility and increased sales. All contributors agree to this in §2 of the Contributor Agreement Terms.   To protect privacy, Adobe does not provide a list of their Enterprise customers just like they do not provide a list of their contributors. Use Google and Bing to search for other companies using your assets. To do so, search for "Adobe Stock / _(your profile name)_" I have located several, worldwide, that are offering my photos.

All contributors agree to this in §2 of the Contributor Agreement Terms.   To protect privacy, Adobe does not provide a list of their Enterprise customers just like they do not provide a list of their contributors. Thank you Ralph! I didn't read about the API Program. I guess if someone buys f.ex. a Poster via europosters,

It would have to be the extended license. If I purchased photos for my clients that related to merchandise or shop items, 
then they had to purchase the extended license. Do you think its the same pricing? Or do we get with API Program less?

Correct. The same rules apply. Merchandising requires an extended license and we get paid accordingly.
