Merging Fotolia account

I know this is old new now, but after 2 long conversation with CS agents, I can not merge my old Fotolia account with Adobe Stock.

When i click submit it get me this msg

Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again.

I have tried to reset password, but there is no email with password reset link. Tried that 5 times and checked spam. No email

Can some one help me. CS is usless

No, unfortunately none of your fellow contributors can help with account issues. You need to contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support, not Adobe customer service, which are 2 different organizations.

Because you are not a customer, but a supplier. That's it.

 

And yes, you can't merge your account any more, that option is now long gone. You are at least 5 years too late. If you are lucky, contributor support can still help you out.

No, unfortunately none of your fellow contributors can help with account issues. You need to contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support, not Adobe customer service, which are 2 different organizations.

Fotolia has been dead for ages. If you don't already have one, you'll need an Adobe Stock Contributor account, from which you can contact Contributor Support.
