Question

Meu material não sobe (I can´t send my photos)

For months I've been uploading videos to the platform, filling in all the information, but the "submit" button remains grayed out, preventing my photos from being made available for sale.

Could someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Maybe you've reached your submission limit.

Stock imposes weekly limits and maximum limits.

  • Weekly limits reset after 8 days.
  • Maximum limits reset after your pending files have been reviewed.

In the future, focus on quality over quantity.

Select 2-5 of your very best assets to submit.

Wait a day or two before submitting more.

Thank you for your ansewer. Yes, that's what says a sign near the button "send". But it remains for ever... I tried in another browser using VPN and like 30 files was uploaded. Let's see what happens in the near future.

About quality versus quantity, actually what happen was this year I dicided to upload my pictures to the net. Therfore, I made a selection within all the pictures I made in the last 47 (fourty seven) years. So yes, it's a lot of picture... I am not

saying all of them are masterpiecies, but I garanty there are no garbage between them. 🙂

Adobe has always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions. It's much better to submit small, daily batches than hundreds at a time. You'll be able to spend more time editing and adding appropriate titles and keywords, and this slower approach will ensure that you prioritize only your best assets.

Try using another web device/browser that doesn't block scripts or have VPN enabled.

Thank you for your ansewer. I'd try both, and it works "a bit". Not all files was submited, but a bunch of them was. I'll try again next week, let's see if it works.
