Your picture is overexposed as show on the histogram:

You have not blacks part.

Then you have artefacts (arrows) and chromatic aberration (cloud):

The blossom is also not sharp, and you have clipping in the white of the blossom.

 

This picture can't be saved.

The question is rather objectively is this photo worth it for a site like Stock. You certainly had spring emotions when shooting. But the framing is not very attractive. Eventually cropped, delete the branch below, but I'm afraid it's not enough. Look at what others are offering on Stock so you can be accepted.

In addition to the quality issues noted by Abambo, it is not well composed with the blossom touching another blurry branch and other stray branches intruding on the edges of the frame. The composition could have been improved by changing your position and/or looking for different branches that have more blooms on them.
