Mi foto no aparece en la búsqueda

Hay una foto de mi catálogo, al menos que yo sepa, la cual ha sido aceptada hace un año y medio y se ha vendido dos veces, que no consigo encontrarla si hago una búsqueda introduciendo algunas de las palabras clave más relevantes de título, ni tan siquiera con la descripción literal de la imagen. He hecho la prueba con otra imagenes y no he tenido problema. El número de archivo es este 925127291

Sí, claro, me lleva al activo. Al igual que si hago click en el número de archivo de la imagen de mi panel.


I am able to see the image when I search for it, so it's definitely still available on Adobe Stock.

No, está rechazada y tampoco recibí ninguna notificación por correo. Es curioso porque en ocasiones aparece dentro de la misma serie de otras imagenes.

I figured that. 🙂 Then I'm at a loss as to why it doesn't show up with a search, especially since you see it grouped with similar assets. I would assume it's still there in that case.

Hm. It's possible it was removed after Adobe did a sweep of the database and deleted a number of assets for a variety of reasons. But you should have received an email letting you know. Have you looked under the Rejected tab to see if it ended up there?
