Missing approved files from My Portfolio

I contributed 3 files for review and they were approved but they don't show up in my public portfolio.

How long ago were they approved?

Did you try clearing your browser's cached data?

Hi, they were approved a couple of days ago. I cleared the browser cache and unfortunately still not there. I have already contacted contributor support just waiting on a reply. Thank you anyway.
