I'm uploading a video, yesterday a flag was put up in the include submission checkbox, today I uploaded several new videos and it's not there, what could be the matter?

You are probably filling up your suibmission queue. Each user has an individual limit of assets waiting for moderation. New users can submit up to 51 assets. Than they need to wait for gettingh moderated. As soon as an assets has been moderated, that slot gets liberated, and you can submit a new asset. The flag is disabled, it's still there.
