Missing Generative AI Flag

I am facing an issue with one of my images. In the last batch that got reviewed, there were only 10 images, and I labeled all ten as AI generated. Not only that, I double-checked to make sure everything was correct before submitting. I am damn sure that I did not miss the AI generated label. This is absolutely impossible because I always confirm this before submitting each image. So the chance of this mistake is zero. I strongly believe I can challenge this.

Now I want to know from experienced contributors:

  1. Can the Adobe review team make such a mistake by tagging it incorrectly?
  2. How much can this affect my account?
  3. What should I do now?
