Missing Sales in My Adobe Stock Contributor Account

Hi everyone,

I recently noticed an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. A friend of mine purchased several of my images, but a few of them haven’t appeared in my sales report, and I haven’t received any payment for them. It has been several days now, and the missing sales are still not reflected in my earnings.

I’ve already considered the usual possibilities like delays in reporting, subscription-based purchases, or system bugs, but given the time that has passed, I believe there might be another issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to directly contact Adobe Stock support regarding missing sales?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

That smells fishy… Just saying that my friends pay me personally for my work, and do not pass via Adobe.

 

You can contact Adobe contributor support, but be sure to tell them that you know about the sales because it's a friend of yours. They will be able to connect the right dots, like having a friend who regularly buys stock from different contributors, without taking advantage of the free stock plan.

    A friend of yours purchased several of your images? From Adobe's point of view, that might raise some flags.

    Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.

      I understand that Adobe might flag such purchases as unusual. However, my friend is a genuine buyer who needed these images for a project. These were legitimate purchases, and I wasn’t aware that this could be an issue.

      Are the licensed assets in the Free collection? If so, you don't receive any further royalties. Are you certain that the friend actually licensed them, or did they just download watermarked samples?
