Missing Skrill Payment from Second Account

Hello Adobe Support,

I manage two Adobe Stock contributor accounts under the same details. Both accounts show that payments were processed and marked as “Paid.” However, only one of the payments has been received in my Skrill account. The other payment has not yet arrived, even though it shows as completed in my contributor account.

Could you please confirm the transaction status for the second payment and let me know if it was successfully sent to Skrill?

Depending on region, it takes 10 - 15 business days for funds to reach a bank account. That's assuming your account is able to accept royalty payments. If it's refused by Skrill, the funds will eventually bounce back to your Stock account.

You should contact either contributor support, or preferably Skrill, since Adobe considers the transaction accomplished on their end if both accounts are marked as Paid.
