Hi, I've been a contributor for a few years. At one point, I had a balance of $1, but I didn't see any updates from photo sales.

This year, I joined an Adobe mission, was accepted, and received some payment. However, when I try to initiate a payout, the button doesn't turn blue even I have all the tax and thing. Do I need to wait for a download and the 45-day period, or is there another way? Thanks!

I have your same issue! I have been paied 105 dollar for participating to an Adobe Mission and now I cannot request the payement because I don't have 25 dollars sales! That's crazy!!!

The funniest part? Adobe invited me to other 3 missions more!

I don't know really what to do!

Hello! Update on this issue: you'll need to wait 45 days from the day you first received the download

Your payout balance also needs to be more than $25. As you are a contributor for some time now, with a balance of $1, you had at least one sale more than 45 days ago. The tax formulary needs to be current. It expires each X years. So it may be that you will have to renew that.

but my balance right now more than $25 but not from selling (just from mission). I also don't know where the $1 came from, because there's no selling data I could find. and my tax already updated till 2026

OK, then I would ask contributor support. The $1 is probably from the Firefly bonus, if you do not have sales yet. But yes, the rules say that you will need to wait for 45 days after your first sale, before you can ask for a payout. I suppose that's a rule that gets applied automatically, and missions and Firefly bonus were not existing at that time.
