The attached photo was rejected for Technical issues, I would apprecaitea any feedback on why it was rejected, or suggestions to inporve the shot.

Hello,

There are problems with exposure. Even though it is meant to be a silhouette, it is still underexposed - the sky is too dark. Also, the sun is a big white blob in the sky, so it is also rather distracting. You could also improve the composition of the photo. There is a lot of negative space on the right so it makes it a bit unbalanced.
