Model Freigabe für ein Ki manipuliertes Bild

Hallo, ich beschreibe erstmal die Situation. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich Kinder beim Sportfest fotografiert. Meine waren natürlich auch dabei. Es sind teilweise sehr schöne Sportaufnahmen die ich gerne bei Adobe Stock anbieten möchte. Ich habe natürlich keine Model-Freigaben o.ä. Meine Idee war, die Gesichter durch Ai generierte zu ersetzen und dann als Ki-Bilder zu anbieten. D.h. die ganze Situation, Körper sind real die Gesichter "fiktiv".

Frage: sind die Fotos jetzt anonym genug und die ohne Modelfreigabe einzureichen? LG

Maybe things have changed, or model release vary, but the releases I recall using back in the day gave me the right to alter the image as I saw fit and released me of any fault if the buyer of said image were to do the same. In this case, the subjects did not give you such permission and as such would require a release. Maybe. I'm not a lawyer, and I don't pretend to be one online.

It is quite likely that, even if you alter the faces, the subjects, or their parents, would still be able to recognize them. Therefore, you would need model releases for each person in the image.

You need releases if the persons in the real photo can identify themselves in the generated image.
