As soon as a person is recognizable, authorization is required. For my part when I take pictures of people, posed or not. I use the form that Stock offers. I do it in duplicate with the people concerned. Then I give them my card and I ask them for their address in order to send them the images by email. I consider that to be the least of politeness.

We would need to see the picture, but when the moderators ask for a property release, you need to submit one.
