(Model) Release - Adobe sign: EMAIL BOUNCED

Hello
I used the adobe sign in to get a ~~realise~~ release, but my last three attempts I received a message: EMAIL BOUNCED! (see attachment) the emails are correct because I have already communicated with these emails. What to do ? thank you

I really would check the e-mail addresses again, and I would set up a dummy release to test the signing feature with e-mails under your control.

I think @Abambo is suggesting to do a test electronic model release. Send the release to your own email address or to a friend or family member to see if those emails bounce too. If your test works and the email transmits successfully, then it is probably an issue with the museum's email filters.

@hectorc94293660 , I believe the issue with bounced release emails may have to do with the recipient's spam settings. It might be best to contact Contributor Support from your dashboard (https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact) as they could could hopefully provide a solution for you.
