Hello I used the adobe sign in to get a realise release, but my last three attempts I received a message: EMAIL BOUNCED! (see attachment) the emails are correct because I have already communicated with these emails. What to do ? thank you
Hello and thank you for your answer. If I understand correctly you want the e-mail address that I have used twice already and that tells me that the address does not work. Here is the address of the contacts page with their e-mail. My English is not very good and I use a translator.
I think @Abambo is suggesting to do a test electronic model release. Send the release to your own email address or to a friend or family member to see if those emails bounce too. If your test works and the email transmits successfully, then it is probably an issue with the museum's email filters.
@hectorc94293660 , I believe the issue with bounced release emails may have to do with the recipient's spam settings. It might be best to contact Contributor Support from your dashboard (https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact) as they could could hopefully provide a solution for you.
