Model Release problem

Anybody out there who can tell me what the ?#(  is wrong with my Model Release form. It keeps coming back saying I need to fill it in correctly!

Eh duh, of course, I would love to, but I obviously cant figure out what I do wrong, and it doesnt say more specific than that! Tell me whats wrong and Ill change it, who can help me figure out what is wrong? PLease?

Hi jenny

Model release and protection guidelines for Adobe Stock  will give you some guideline on how to fill the form out, what to avoid and the need for legibility. In addition under Requirement For Model Release is a link to a checklist. you may open the link to use as a guideline to see what you have left out. If you still cannot find it, I will try to assist you.

Hi Jenny,

I'm a newbie on here too, but I do check the forums on several sites. It's difficult to see without looking at your release submission, but the most common cause of rejection appears to be differing dates on the model signature and the witness signature. I know this may be a complete red herring in your case.. but I thought I would throw my hat into the ring.

Differing dates is significant, because it suggest that there was not a witness present while the model signed.

      Hi Joan,

      If you want to call Mat, you need to use his id: MatHayward​ (you need to add the @ prefix before the name).

      As for the model release, I propose jennyl65678186 creates a dummy one that she can share with us. I suppose that would work also. But for Jen's info: Mat can look into the real document.
