Model release questions

Hello there! I have a question about model release. I am a parent, I understand that I have to sign twice, as a photographer and as a guardian. Do I have to upload model release for every shoot session or only one model release is needed? Thank you

    One model release is ok. You can link different shoots to the same model release. It may be wise that one parent signs as legal representive, the other as witness. And the photographer as photographer.
