Model Release required for hands only?

Hi,

I am looking to upload a number of images that incorporate just the hands of a model. The models hands do not have any specific markings ie tattoos.

Will I still be needing to submit a model release for these images?

It's really going to depend on the image. If as you say, there are no identifiably marks then you are probably OK without a release. If the action the hands are doing identify the person (such as an artist creating an identifiable piece of art) then you would need a release.
