Model Releases

Hi All

I am from Africa and quite some time back we got some images of Africans in their village who agreed to pose for us.  We have never shared the images, but if we do now, there is simply no way that we can trace these people, to get their permission.  What do we do in a case like this?  It will be impossible to get model releases.

If you cannot get model releases, Adobe will not accept the images. This is an absolute requirement.

You're not required to use models.  But if you do use models, you must have their signed permission to sell their likeness for commercial use.  No releases?  Don't submit the images.  Or crop them out of the image.
