Moderation Time

I uploaded my images over 3 months ago and it is still under review. I have a large number of images for upload. It is the first upload that's why I can't upload more images until they are reviewed. I was messaged many times by Adobe support but they replied to auto message all the time and told me 8 weeks. This is frustrating. Already 3 months done but they still told me 2 months. Please anyone help me.

There really isn't anything to do except wait for the images to be reviewed.  I have a hunch that there have been many submissions for the upcoming holidays over the past few months and that review times will decrease a bit in the coming months, but that's just my own suspicion.

3 months is the longest I've heard so far so I suspect some will be reviewed soon.  Cheers!

We are not Adobe, and we are not moderators. So there is nothing we can do to speed things up. Look at least 5 to 6 months ahead these days for special events and holidays.

Also, unless you've actually written down somewhere the exact date you submitted your images, Adobe has a tendency to "round up" when it comes to submission dates. In other words, you may have submitted your images 2 months and 3 days ago, which Adobe rounds up to 3 months. I suppose things would be clearer if the information provided was, "This image was uploaded 63 days ago," but that's not the way it works for some reason.

Adobe has the dates, so they should show the submission time as an exact date: submitted on …

It's well known that Generative AI images take longer to review than other assets. Wait times vary between 1 - 3 months depending on how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue.

You've come this far, it shouldn't be much longer.

This is not unusual and I suspect you are not too far off from having your images reviewed. We can't do anything for you here, as we are contributors like yourself. Once your first set of images are viewed, subsequent reviews will happen on a more regular basis, possibly daily.

Submission time is what is important, but upload time is shown. According to Adobe, waiting time before moderation is around 2 months max.

You need to wait. There is no way to accelerate this.
