Mona Lisa images Non-compliant image

I created images with the Mona Lisa; some were accepted, while for others, I received the message:
Non-compliant Image. Possible reasons:

Non-compliant use of another artist’s name.
Undeclared Generative AI Content.
Content not compliant with overall guidelines.

Why is this happening? Why are some images accepted and others not? Isn’t it still about the Mona Lisa? I can’t understand—what do you mean? Does the Mona Lisa painting differ, or why is it not accepted? I don’t understand how this works.

Creating generative AI with Mona Lisa is against the generative AI rules. It may be, that some moderators are not applying the rules as stringent as they should. Be happy if those assets get sales, and don't complain on the rightful refusals.

BTW: there may well be otherv elements in the picture that triggered the non-compliant image.
