money from my Adobe account has already been sent, but nothing has arrived to PayPal

Hello,

The problem is that the money from my Adobe account has already been sent, but nothing has arrived to PayPal. 12 days have passed. I want to understand what the problem could be related to. Maybe I specified the PayPal email incorrectly. Or are there some technical problems?

Check that with PayPal support. For some countries you need a professional PayPal account, for other regions, business can't sent money to your account. Check the terms and conditions of PayPal and check with their support.

Is the status of your request is “paid” or “pending”?

 

If it is paid, the money has been sent, and you will need to contact PayPal for more information. However, be aware that both, Adobe and PayPal are working in business weeks (from Monday to Friday, and excluding holidays). Your 12 days look to me a lot like calendar days and not business days.

Yesterday the money was returned back to the Adobe account. What could be the reason? Is this some kind of problem with PayPal?

It appears to be a PayPal issue if the funds were returned to Adobe. Contact PayPal to find out what the problem is.

12 days? Or 12 BUSINESS days? Holidays and weekends, nor the day you started to withdraw payment, do not count.
