Money receive problem.

Hello, Dear Adobe Support team.

We know that Adobe is a biggest famous company in the world. I add and withdraw my earning from adobestock to my paypal account last 5 to 6 days but unfortunately money still not received in my paypal account. I am very disappointed now. I hope you solve the problem very soon.

Be patient. When Adobe receives a payout request, it takes them 7 - 10 BUSINESS days to transfer funds. They don't work on weekends or holidays.

Processing times vary by bank and region. You can usually expect to see your funds in 10 - 15 business days. That's the banking industry standard.

Check the documentation. They are talking about 7 to 10 business days, meaning from Monday to Friday, excluding the holidays. There is not yet a problem to solve.

Hello, Dear Adobe Customer Support team.

I understand everything. I respect all Adobe company rules. But today is my 7th day to transfer money from adobestock but I still haven't received it. I need a lot of money very soon as I will pay my university admission fee which is due within 15th of this month. So, I am very disappointed now.

You are well in the timeframe of the payouts.
it takes up to ten business days.
a business day is from Monday to Friday.
Up to know, there is no problem.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum which is primarily supported by fellow Contributors. The stated payout time is 7-10 working days; thus if you just requested payment 5 or 6 days ago, this is only the third working day. Be patient.
