There are both AI and my own works. Why is it so unfair? I upload on different days, at different times, different amounts, not many, no changes

If you check other postings, you will find many people complaining about long moderation times. There is nothing you can do to accelerate that. Sorry for that.

The reason is, that more people are submitting pictures than the moderators can handle, even when they add millions of assets each month.
