More than 50% of my images were not accepted

What might be the reason for almost 50% of my images to be rejected. They say Quality issues, but I dont think there is a problem with them. All settings a perfect,exposure, ISO, shadows. I use Canon R6 Mark II, with RF lenses. Thank you

The last photo "M.ATEVA" is too dark. Whenlightened up, you will need model releases. What is that for a sign? Do you need an IP release?

Your settings aren't perfect - sorry.
You will need Model releases for these people:

Which is impossible to get I guess, so another reason for rejection is that you need a model release, because you can see their faces!

Also, underexposed shadows...
