Multiple Account Usage Error – Unable to Access Contributor Account

Hello Adobe Community,

I am unable to log in to my Adobe Stock Contributor account because I receive the error: “Multiple account usage not allowed.”

This may be due to an older account linked to a different email. I only want to keep one account active (my Gmail) and have the other account(s) closed.

I have already emailed Contributor Support with all the details, but I haven’t received a response. I also tried reaching out through the help form, but the issue still persists.

Could someone from the Adobe team or the community help me resolve this or escalate it to the right support team?
