Do I need to obtain a separate property release for photos taken of the same place on separate days?

For example: If I take a 100 photos of a home throughout the year, does the owner need to sign 100 separate releases? If so, how can I streamline this process?

Yes, you do.

Adobe Stock doesn't need an entire series of images from the same property, however. Choose 3-5 of your very best images to submit to Stock. Also be mindful of 'Similar Content' rejections. It's a common reason for refusals.

Could one release be used to cover multiple days?

The question is not about similarities of photos or rejections. I am trying to determine how many times I need to have one person sign a release. For example: could the owner sign a property release to cover photos taken over a set period of time? Such as sign the release today to cover all photos taken of the property from 1-1-25-12-31-25

The shooting dates must match the signature dates. Otherwise, the release is not legally binding.

Fudging forms could come back to bite you later. It's not worth the risks.

Here are the guidelines for property releases on Adobe's help pages:

I think the problem is going to be the dates. If you get one property release signed by owner, you and a witness on "x" date, and then shoot again on a different date in the future, I think Adobe will reject it. Just because an owner approved a single session on their property doesn't mean that they given you permission in perpetuity.
