MY 1ST PHOTO WAS REJECTED

Hi, I'm a beginner but I'm really passionate about photography.

My 1st photo was rejected because probably it hasn`t a good resolution?? because I didn´t put any filter on it.

It is the message

"Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it features excessive post-processing and/or noise, so we can't accept it into our collection.

Excessive artifacts/noise can be caused by low light, bad camera settings, strong compression or excessive post-production.

If it was due to post production effects, know that our customers typically prefer to add their own special effects, filters or black-and-white conversions to fit the needs of their projects, so adding these effects in advance drastically reduces the market for your image."

any feedback for me.

Thank You

Caro

Hello,

The image quality isn't good. It has excessive artifacts!

It is also underexposed.

Hi @Caro89 ,

Zoom in on your files at between 100 and 200% to look for issues. Read-up on all the links of https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock-contributor.html to see the requirements.

You could use an editor such as Photoshop to try removing the noise and add make the dark areas a little lighter so that details will show, resubmit and see what happen.

Best wishes

JG

I think the feedback you've already received says it all.  You might want to take some photography classes to get the most out of your make & model digital camera, proper photographic technique, lighting, manual settings, and post editing.
