My account deactivated - case number - 00521054

  1. I am a Adobe stock image contributer from India, recently my account deactivated without giving any reason. Adobe should give an opportunity to rectify the problem before deactivating any account without any proper communication with the contributer.

    Whether the should or shouldn’t is irrelevant. It’s stated the T&C’s that Adobe can disable accounts for any reason without notice. You have a case number, so you have been notified. Your only option now is to wait for Adobe to complete their investigation. You also have the option of filing an appeal or using the Contact Us link as shown in your attachment if you have not already done so.
