My account deactivated without giving any reason

You need to do what you are instructed to do. Use the “Contact us” link shown on the popup screen when you attempt to logon.

When there is suspicious activity detected, the account is treated as a potential crime scene. It’s blocked from use until an internal investigation is completed. 

You’ll have to wait for a final decision. Work on other projects & submit to other services while you wait.

It can take some time, weeks or even months, for Adobe to complete their investigation into your account. If the reason for suspension is found to be fraud of some sort in which you participated, the pending payment will not be fulfilled. Read your Contributor Agreement where it specifically states that payments can be withheld.
